Mr Hemant S Gokhale has been actively involved in setting up Organizational systems for Ship Management and promoting business development for the Company. He has a total experience in shipping of 35 years. Sailed for 20 years including 10 years as CE, in Tankers incl VLCC and VLOB gaining vast exposure in Dry Docking and Deliveries. Ashore he has served the Maritime Industry for 15 years in various credible roles - Director-Operations/ General Manager / Technical Head / Senior Technical Superintendent and QHSE Manager in various Internationally reputed companies - GOBEL MARINE / AESM /ESM / OMCI / IMPERIAL OCEAN & TRANOCEAN SHIPPING VENTURE.
He possesses extensive knowledge and expertise in Drydocking / Ship Management / Quality control /Audits & Inspections / Pre-purchase inspections / Acquisitions & Deliveries /
Mr Gokhale as managing director is also full in charge of the technical division, as well as supervises the quality and crewing functions. MEO CLASS I ; MI MECH E ; F I MAR E
Further the core team is ably supported by a team of four supdts, two master mariners and two chief engineers. The supdts are supported by technical and purchase executives. The HSEQ supdt is assisted by a HSEQ executive.
As need arises, company plans to depute a team of tech and HSEQ supdts and support staff at different locations for ships trading closer to those ports
